You’ll lead with a positive, inclusive approach, coach others on product styles and benefits, and help maximize sales while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiar with Outlook and Excel; comfortable with web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh to guide families.
• Welcome customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
