rag & bone, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team and front-of-house operations. You will greet customers, maintain salesfloor standards, answer phones, and assist with client interactions to provide a best-in-class customer service experience.

You will help with floor sets, merchandising, POS transactions, alterations processes, and a strong brand embodiment to create a high-energy, fashion-forward store environment in New York.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in retail stock, logistics and/or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach and bend.
• Availability to work per the needs of the business.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance and customer service.
• Support a best-in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and operational ownership.
• Partner with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service.
• Assist with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising expectations as needed.
• Assist with POS, customer repairs, dry cleaning and alteration processes.
• Maintain a one company/one experience perspective in all customer service interactions.
• Understand and exemplify the rag & bone brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion.
