Old Navy is hiring a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate customers on products, use knowledge to inform and wardrobe clients, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel, best-in-class experience.

You will drive loyalty, sales, and service through proactive engagement and teamwork. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and flexibility in scheduling to cover holidays and peak times.

Formación

• Good communication with customers and team members.
• Customer-focused service on and off the sales floor.
• Passion for retail and fast-paced environments.

• Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around store and lift up to 30 lbs.
