Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will deliver excellent customer service, educate shoppers about products, and drive loyalty through omnichannel engagement.

Work with leadership to meet store goals, participate in merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap while providing a positive, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service delivery to enhance shopper experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products, promotions and loyalty programs.

• Meet personal and store goals while upholding company standards.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist with operational processes to ensure smooth store running.
