Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage shoppers, provide excellent service, educate on products, and help drive sales using an omni-channel approach with leadership team guidance.

You’ll contribute to a positive store environment, handle daily tasks on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Benefits include merchandise discounts and competitive PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail environment familiarity and ability to use retail tech.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
