Job summary

Jazwares, LLC seeks a Packaging Designer to create innovative packaging for licensed and non-licensed lines. You will develop packaging concepts, ensure brand alignment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and the Asia packaging team.

This role demands initiative, multi-project management, and timely delivery in a fast-paced toy company environment. You will evaluate materials and costs, refine die-lines, and stay ahead of packaging trends while supporting mass

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in packaging design.
• Strong eye for visual quality and aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts, structures, and high-quality renders for retail.
• Uphold brand integrity and align with graphics standards.
• Evaluate designs for fit, material, cost, manufacturability, and transport feasibility.
• Collaborate with Brand team to meet licensor guidelines.
• Review print proofs and pre-production samples for quality.
