This hands-on role requires expert typography, layout, dieline creation, and production-ready packaging design while collaborating with marketing and product teams to meet tight deadlines and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years graphic design/packaging development experience within consumer products or toy industries.
• Degree in Packaging/Graphic Design, Illustration or related field.
• Expert in Adobe CS Photoshop & Illustrator; Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on skills with cutting tools for mock-up samples.
• Knowledge of offset printing and packaging materials.
• Flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about the creative process.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Self-motivated and a solid team player.
• Strong organizational skills and meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with production/vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production-ready packaging files for print.
• Design and conceptualize innovative packaging for licensed and in-house products.
• Design logos, branding, retail & trade show displays, ads, websites and related marketing materials.
• Coordinate with art director, marketing, and product teams for sale sample requests.
• Post final mechanical art to Hong Kong team or domestic vendors.
• Maintain branding and style guides across media.
• Create dielines for package/POP structures.
• Produce package comps/mock-ups for presentations and production.
