Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee asset management for guest units and supporting departments, ensuring safety, reliability, and guest satisfaction across the properties.

The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and a focus on energy programs while delivering a high-quality guest experience and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Five years hospitality maintenance engineering management.
• Three years leading teams.
• Two years’ experience in grounds maintenance/irrigation.
• One-year leading multiple business functions preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of trade skills and vendor/contractor management.
• Novice level knowledge of maintenance engineering management and building physical plant systems.
• Novice level understanding of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Demonstrated basic project management.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, prevent and solve complex problems and deliver consistently high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Development of PDPs, evaluation, and active coaching to develop Brand hearted guest facing amenity delivery staff.
• Analyze and recommend adjustment to staffing, performance targets and resources to achieve results.
• Demonstrate Brand hearted leadership by putting the brand at the center of all business decisions.
• Promote and reinforce a brand culture focused on guest experience and standards.
• Interpret, adapt, and execute pre-defined programs and priorities for unit maintenance and related operations.
• Teach and inspect for quality delivery of maintenance programs and manage vendor contracts.
• Implement brand programs and maintenance strategies and budgets.
• Accountability for compliance to energy programs.
• Development of departmental budgets and allocation of resources to meet financial goals.
• Operate departments successfully with budgetary guidelines.
