• 8+ years of experience in graphic design or UX/UI.

• Experience in technical or B2B environments preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensure workflows and critiques.
• Define and evolve Revel's brand strategy and visuals across channels.
• Personally design high-visibility assets when needed.
• Collaborate with product and UX to align brand and user experience.
• Support physical and merch design for events and branding.
