Revel in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end UX of our core product. You will work with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate insights into elegant interfaces, build prototypes, and evolve design systems for scalable, responsive experiences.

You have 5+ years in product design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, orAdobe XD. The role offers a fast-paced startup environment and significant equity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a software setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and thoughtful problem solving.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent visual design sensibility, interaction design skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Experience working directly with frontend/full-stack engineers.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Background designing for mobile and responsive web platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery — including research, wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes.
• Translate user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces.
• Build and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is realized in the final product.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards that scale with our product.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process and help prioritize design work based on impact and feasibility.
