Job summary

Step is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to define and evolve our visual language across product, marketing, and physical experiences. You will own the brand look, collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership, and push typography, color, and craft to elevate the Step identity.

You'll design for product launches, lifecycle marketing, social, and ads, while building scalable visual systems and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing visual identities and campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio across branding, marketing, digital products, and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, illustration, photography, and motion.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Step's visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Design creative for product launches, lifecycle marketing, social posts, ads, web, email, and assets.
• Create high-impact static and motion assets for paid channels, iterating with performance data.
