Job summary

The YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking a Full-time Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for branch-level communications and to support association-wide social media strategy. The role focuses on creating engaging content and cohesive messaging across all locations, with emphasis on programs, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management and website administration.
• Photography and videography experience preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and distribute print materials such as gym schedules and program flyers.
• Update in-branch digital signage and maintain branch reservation calendars.
• Develop digital ads for school newsletters and local outreach.
• Lead social media content across platforms and maintain calendar.
• Track engagement data and prepare monthly reports with insights.
• Create multimedia content (graphics, photos, videos) for campaigns.
• Maintain and update YMCA Central Stark County website.
