Job summary

Georgia Mountains YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across digital, social, email, print, and in-person channels. This role works closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to promote YMCA programs, membership, events, and community initiatives.

You will create content for social platforms, design materials, manage email campaigns, and track performance of ads and programs.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or related field preferred; internships considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across YMCA platforms.
• Develop marketing materials for programs, events, membership, and organizational initiatives.
• Create and schedule email campaigns and member communications.
• Create and manage Meta ads and monitor campaign performance and program registrations.
• Design graphics, flyers, presentations, digital signage, and other promotional materials.
• Capture photo and video content at YMCA programs and events.
• Assist with Reels and other short-form video content.
• Update website content, Linktree, program schedules, and community calendars.
• Support marketing for childcare, membership, youth programs, events, hiring, and other YMCA initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing requests, projects, and deadlines through Asana.
• Assist with event signage, materials, forms, presentations, and promotional needs.
• Track marketing expenses, receipts, and invoices.
• Provide additional marketing support as needed.
