Job summary

MTS Systems Corporation is seeking a Brand & Digital Designer to own how our brand looks and feels. You’ll partner with marketing leaders to turn strategy and messaging into visual assets, templates, and a polished WordPress site, influencing how customers perceive MTS.

You’ll design across print and digital media, build reusable templates, curate assets in Bynder, and collaborate with teams to deliver on-brand work on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience, including both print and digital work.
• Portfolio showing brand-level thinking, template systems, and web or landing page design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Figma or similar is a plus.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable CMS, plus comfort with web design constraints (responsive layouts, image optimization, accessibility)
• Experience building templates others can use, including PowerPoint.
• Strong typography, layout, and color skills, and the ability to give and take creative feedback.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and messaging into visual direction and concepts.
• Apply and steward brand standards consistently, suggesting updates as the brand evolves.
• Review team creative to keep it on brand and escalate questions when needed.
• Design brochures, datasheets, one-pagers, ads, and sales materials.
• Create tradeshow graphics, booth signage files, and production-ready files with printers.
• Build branded templates for presentations, social, and email; manage assets in Bynder.
• Design page layouts, landing pages, and imagery for WordPress site; collaborate on migration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and digital teams; manage multiple projects and vendor relationships.
