MTS, an ITW company, seeks a Brand & Digital Designer to own how the MTS brand looks and feels. You will translate strategy into visuals, templates, and a polished WordPress site, partnering with marketing leaders to move assets quickly and consistently.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress, and the ability to create reusable templates while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience.
• Portfolio showing brand-level thinking, template systems, and web or landing page design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Figma is a plus.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable CMS, plus comfort with responsive layouts and accessibility.
• Experience building templates others can use, including PowerPoint.
• Strong typography, layout, and color skills, and the ability to give and take creative feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Translate brand strategy into visual direction and concepts.
• Maintain brand standards across assets and review team work for consistency.
• Design brochures, datasheets, one-pagers, advertising, and sales materials.
• Create tradeshow graphics, booths, and signage files; prepare production-ready files.
• Develop branded templates for presentations, sales collateral, social, and email.
• Design page layouts and imagery for WordPress site; collaborate with agency during migration.
