Job summary

Hypha is seeking a Brand Designer to own the execution of our brand and carry it into the product. You'll work closely with the Founding Designer, producing launch and campaign creative, the marketing site, social decks, conference materials, and templates.

A key part is bringing brand into the product: translate decisions into tokens, components, iconography, and illustration so the product and brand read as one company. Strong execution and systems thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years brand or visual design experience or an exceptional portfolio.
• Strong identity systems, typography, and launch/campaign work.
• Daily use of generative AI tools for image, video, and layout.
• Ability to implement with AI and ship components using tools like Claude Code/Cursor/v0.
• Exceptional attention to typography, alignment, spacing, and asset quality.
• Systems thinking: build templates that scale, tokenize brand decisions.
• Proven ability to ship a high volume of work on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Own launch and campaign creative across web, social, decks, and events.
• Translate brand decisions into product tokens, components, iconography, and illustration.
• Maintain and grow the brand asset library and guidelines.
• Build templates enabling marketing, sales, and engineering to ship on-brand.
• Run visual QA across product and outbound materials for consistency.
• Collaborate with the Founding Designer to set brand direction and execution.
