Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our small, multidisciplinary design team in New York. You’ll work with the Design Lead and Brand team to extend our visual language, build systems, and create AI-powered workflows that scale output.

You bring 7+ years of brand design experience, excellent typography and layout, and a portfolio across branding, presentations, and marketing. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus storytelling and business-minded communication are

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand and visual design experience, including in-house work at a growth-stage startup or tech company.
• Excellent design fundamentals with typography, layout, hierarchy, color and detail.
• A strong portfolio showing brand, presentations, and growth/marketing work.
• Storytelling ability to land complex ideas visually in boards or ads.
• Systems thinking with design systems in Figma and reusable components.
• Business sense to explain design decisions in commercial terms.
• High AI fluency; using AI across exploration and production, plus interest in building tools.

Responsibilities

• Extend Gigs’ visual identity into new territories (ads, product marketing, merch, events).
• Lead craft and storytelling on board, investor and key customer decks.
• Design ads and product visuals across channels while staying true to the brand.
• Think in systems; collaborate with systems designer to reuse solutions.
• Partner with growth, sales, marketing and leadership to align goals with creative work.
• Own projects from brief through delivery, iterating with stakeholders and finalizing.
