Job summary

Pump.co is seeking a Brand Designer to craft high-quality visual and motion assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape how Pump is perceived and experienced.

The role blends core brand and visual design with strong motion capabilities, becoming a key partner in storytelling through static and animated content.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in visual or motion design at a startup or B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showing static and motion work for digital/brand.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Framer.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; strong storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital needs.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion content for launches.
• Collaborate on brand evolution and marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
• Own Pump’s design system to ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Support executive and sales presentations with design and storytelling.
• Contribute to creative strategy and campaign brainstorming.
