• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Present strategy and rationale to leadership and influence product decisions.
• Identify opportunities to innovate brand expression with AI tools and new paradigms.
• Provide direction and mentorship to designers across the organization.
