Job summary

Metaview, an AI company focused on recruiting, seeks a Brand Designer to shape how the brand shows up in the world. You’ll work across the website, product launches, campaigns, events, video, and more, turning complex ideas into simple, distinctive visuals and systems.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product, and founders to move fast while maintaining craft, with a strong portfolio and a bias for systems thinking and production-ready work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates exceptional brand thinking and visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into distinctive, polished brand work.
• High standards, fast iteration, and hands-on production from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Metaview's public website with sharp, differentiated design.
• Develop and evolve brand systems across typography, color, illustration, icons, photography, and motion.
• Create campaigns and collateral across digital, social, print, events, swag from concept through production.
• Develop visuals for website, product experiences, campaigns, and other channels.
• Storyboard and direct visual style of product explainers and brand videos; animation is a bonus.
• Design compelling decks and assets that tell Metaview's story.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations from brief to delivery.
