Pittsburgh Regional Alliance seeks an Associate, Creative and Digital Communications to produce high-quality visual, digital, and written assets. You will support regional narratives, member engagement, and business attraction campaigns across touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled digital communicator with strong graphic design, layout, and social-first storytelling abilities, plus hands-on experience with email newsletters and event materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field required.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices, social media trends, email design, and basic web formatting.
• 1–3 years of hands-on graphic design, digital content production, social media management, or marketing communications experience.

Responsabilités

• Design branded visuals for digital and print, including social graphics, decks, event collateral, and digital ad creative.
• Build, format, and schedule regular email newsletters and announcements with the Alliance’s platform.
• Manage day-to-day social media across LinkedIn and YouTube, monitor engagement, and track conversations.
• Update website content via WordPress, ensuring accurate web copy and resources.
• Provide on-the-ground digital and administrative support for events, including live social coverage and presentation slides.
• Assist with marketing analytics and monthly dashboards for website traffic and email performance.
• Organize and maintain the department’s digital asset library (photos, logos, templates, video).
• Ensure adherence to writing, design, and brand standards across collateral.
