Job summary

The State Theatre, Inc. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer + Digital Marketing Associate to support a busy calendar of live music, film, and events in Centre County. You’ll craft posters, digital ads, and social content, while translating campaigns across platforms.

You will bring hands-on social media marketing experience, manage multiple projects, and help maintain a consistent visual identity for all promotions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva and designing for social media.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, collaborative, organized, and receptive to feedback.
• Experience in live entertainment, film, arts, or event marketing (preferred).
• Photography and basic video-editing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for concerts, films, and events.
• Design posters, digital ads, social graphics, print materials, signage, and promos.
• Produce artwork for social media, websites, email, and print; adapt across channels.
• Maintain The State Theatre’s visual identity and brand consistency.
