Job summary

SeamonWhiteside in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Graphic Design Coordinator to bring the SW+ brand to life across print and digital channels. You will lead day-to-day design and production of marketing materials, translating technical information into clear visuals.

Collaborating with BD, HR, technical teams, and leadership, you’ll ensure consistent brand execution that supports engagement, recruiting, and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 2+ years in professional graphic design, marketing design, or creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy, brand application, and print/digital design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials for print and digital.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts that clearly communicate complex technical content.
• Create and refine templates, graphic systems, and reusable assets to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare production-ready files for printing and digital distribution, with quality control.
• Edit, retouch, color-correct, and organize photography and other visual assets.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s library of brand assets, templates, and collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal SMEs to carry projects from concept through final delivery.
• Support brand stewardship by applying standards and templates across teams.
• Manage multiple creative assignments with priorities, review cycles, and deadlines.
• Provide design/production support for proposals and interview materials, including layouts and resumes.
• Proofread and review materials for visual consistency and presentation quality.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
