Job summary

SeamonWhiteside (SW+) seeks a creative Graphic Design Coordinator to lead day-to-day design and production of marketing materials, translating complex content into clear visuals. You will collaborate with marketing, HR, technical teams, and leadership to maintain brand consistency and quality.

The role supports SW+ offices and is open to candidates in Charlotte, NC or Mount Pleasant, SC; primary work location will be determined by the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong layout, typography, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital.
• Develop visuals that clarify complex technical content.
• Create templates and reusable assets for consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
• Edit and organize photography and visual assets across channels.
• Maintain and evolve the brand asset library and templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts on content and concepts.
• Provide design and production support for proposals and interview materials.
• Proofread materials for visual consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors for timely delivery.
