SeamonWhiteside seeks an ambitious Proposal Coordinator to assist in developing and submitting proposals. You’ll support proposal managers, marketing staff, and clients, ensuring print-ready media and documentation meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a marketing, graphic design, or communications background and thrives in a team environment. Role supports multiple SW+ offices with primary location determined for the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Education preferred in marketing, design, communications, or business.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in related role is required.
• Print media and proposal materials production experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and update print media per company standards.
• Edit photos for print media using Adobe Photoshop.
• Prepare documents for multiple proposals under deadlines.
• Proofread and edit proposal narratives and marketing materials.
• Maintain media and collateral libraries.
• Search bid sources for new public proposal opportunities
• Participate in strategy meetings to coordinate proposal efforts

Job description

SeamonWhiteside (SW+) is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as the Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator will help develop and submit proposals by providing administrative assistance and marketing materials to the proposal manager. The Proposal Coordinator will work with the proposal manager, marketing staff, business development staff, team leaders, and clients to meet multiple proposal deadlines by preparing print ready media and supporting documentation.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, or communications. They will be team oriented.

This role supports all SW+ offices and is open to candidates in Charlotte, NC, or Mount Pleasant, SC. The primary work location will be determined by the candidate selected for the position.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, business administration preferred OR high school diploma with relevant experience required

Experience: 2 years of experience in related role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and update print ready media adherent to company standards including project sheets, resumes, and brochures in Adobe InDesign
• Edit photos and images for print ready media in Adobe Photoshop
• Prepare a variety of print media and required documentation for multiple proposals under deadlines
• Proofread and edit proposal narrative and marketing materials
• Help maintain and update accurate media and collateral libraries of marketing materials
• Search established procurement bid sources for new public proposal opportunities
• Participate in strategy meetings to coordinate proposal efforts
