The role requires a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, plus 2+ years in marketing or creative design within a fast-paced environment, ideally in financial services. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in marketing or creative design in a fast-paced, matrixed org or agency.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
• Proven design experience across multiple channels: print, digital, social, email.
• Proficiency with Mac/PC, Microsoft Office, Teams and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes creative assets to support campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
• Produces digital ads, email, print ads, and branch merchandising.
• Creates brand assets: presentations, logos, backgrounds; adapts concepts for multi-channel use.
• Manages marketing content libraries and asset archiving.
• Supports marketing operations, including intake and ticketing workflows.
• Maintains project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
