You will work with marketing and sales teams to create visually compelling assets, strengthen our presence with builders, and build a portfolio of real-world projects.

The role focuses on branding, layout, typography, and digital graphics for email campaigns, social media, and trade show materials, with a hands-on, collaborative environment and paid

Qualifications

• Strong visual design sense with layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in marketing copy.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design projects from concept to completion, including layout, imagery, typography, branding, and copy.
• Create visually compelling flyers, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, digital graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Partner with the sales team to design and refine collateral and materials for builders and clients.
• Maintain brand identity and visual standards across materials.
• Refresh and redesign existing marketing materials to improve visual impact.
• Design social media content and email marketing visuals and captions.
• Build, send, and manage email campaigns; run simple A/B tests on subject lines and layouts.
