Qualifikationen

• BA/BS/BFA in Graphic Design or MA/MFA in related field.
• 4–6+ years in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house preferred).

• Translate brand strategy into strong concepts and creative solutions.
• Execute assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
• Develop production-ready layouts with typography, composition, and detail.
• Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks.
• Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance.
• Uphold a high level of creative craft.
• Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows for smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
