Job summary

PepsiCo Design & Innovation is seeking a Brand Design Manager for the Gatorade portfolio in North America, based in Chicago. You will lead and mentor designers, craft brand strategies, and develop packaging, experiential, and digital assets that elevate the brand and drive growth.

The role requires 8+ years in brand/packaging design, agency or client-side experience, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly, and the ability to travel about 15%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on brand and packaging/product/graphic design experience.
• Should have full-time agency side and or client-side experience
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software
• Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor designers across the Protein portfolio, collaborating with design leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Generate creative design proposals to share with cross-functional partners to ensure quality, value, and efficiency.
• Energize and lead internal and external design resources from ideation to commercialization.
• Translate customer needs into actionable design strategy and drive final design recommendations and approvals.
