Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high-impact packaging and retail visuals across print and digital media. You will translate brand guidelines into polished, production-ready assets and own select projects from concept through delivery, reporting to the Associate Art Director.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional partners, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of CMYK, dielines, and vendor prep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Fluency in print and production workflows (CMYK, dielines, press-ready files).

Responsibilities

• Create brand-consistent assets across packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints from concept to final production.
• Translate brand guidelines into polished, production-ready design solutions.
• Lead assigned design projects independently while contributing to larger team initiatives.
• Apply and extend brand systems across new formats and surfaces.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverables.
