Job summary

PepsiCo Design & Innovation seeks a Brand Design Manager, Gatorade, to lead design across the Protein portfolio in North America, partnering with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling brand experiences.

You will drive 360-degree creative work across touchpoints, establish brand language, and mentor designers to achieve excellence while aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on brand and packaging/product/graphic design experience.
• Should have full-time agency side and/or client-side experience.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor designers across the Protein portfolio, collaborating with Design Director and cross-functional partners.
• Generate creative design proposals to share with internal and external partners to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Energize and lead internal and external design resources from concept to commercialization; review progress with leadership.
• Translate customer needs into actionable design strategy and drive final design recommendations and approvals.
