Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a designer to join its global Brand Design team in New York. You will report to the Brand Design Assoc. Manager of NACP and collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to develop and iterate new brand designs and design strategies for products, services, and experiences.

The role emphasizes strong graphic design and communications skills, a passion for business, and the ability to translate ideas into visuals while collaborating across disciplines and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; comfortable navigating uncertainty
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Report to the Brand Design Assoc. Manager of NACP and collaborate with other Design & Innovation team members to develop and iterate new brand designs and design strategies and product/service/experience ideas.
• Multifaceted interests with a deep skill in graphic design & communications.
• Draw on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions.
• Translate ideas into compelling visuals & graphics that communicate clearly.
• Collaborate closely with others to get feedback to improve and evolve work.
• Work collaboratively to build relationships and get things done through formal and informal channels.
