Job summary

AllTrails is seeking a Creative Leader for the Brand Design team to set an example and craft original, insightful creative grounded in audience understanding.

You will lead evergreen assets, art direction, color and typography, and motion across digital, social, lifecycle, OOH, film, experiential, and in-product channels. Collaborate with leadership to evolve the AllTrails visual brand and scale executions across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years leading global brand campaigns, preferably for SaaS, app, or digital product.
• Experience in senior creative roles such as Design Lead, Art Director, or Senior Designer.
• Proven ability to concept and execute across multiple mediums, formats, environments, and surfaces.
• Strong execution of visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, form, composition.
• Outstanding portfolio showing crafted design and brand storytelling for audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent brainstorming, self-editing, iteration, testing ideas and handling feedback.
• Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, and marketers to develop campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Creative Leader on Brand Design, setting an example and crafting original creative grounded in insights.
• Oversee evergreen assets and art direction, applying color, typography, illustration, photo/video, and motion.
• Shape AllTrails visual language and brand identity at scale in collaboration with Design Leadership.
• Concept and execute global campaigns across digital, social, lifecycle, OOH, film, experiential, and in-product channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to build campaigns that grow brand love.
• Make design decisions based on project goals, audience insights, and business context.
• Lead design workshops and align principles to elevate AllTrails brand design.
• Develop creative ideas that translate into successful executions and business impact.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative team culture focused on creativity.
