Job summary

AllCare is seeking a highly talented Creative Lead to own the visual execution and creative direction of the brand across all marketing channels. This role demands hands-on contribution and leadership to turn strategies into polished creative that remains cohesive and modern.

You will set visual standards, develop campaigns, and direct designers, motion/3D resources, and other talent while staying closely involved in the work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and produce high-quality work independently.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual direction across web, social, campaigns, presentations, and materials.
• Personally create high-quality marketing assets and set standards.
• Develop concepts, visual systems, and campaign directions.
• Direct designers, motion/3D resources, and other talent.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, sales, and leadership.
