Job summary

Conveo is seeking a senior brand designer to own the visual language across marketing, web, and events. You will lead the brand system, working with marketing, video, and external partners to ensure a consistent look.

You will direct designers and freelancers, develop templates and rules for scalable output, and leverage AI agents to scale production while preserving quality and taste.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design with work you personally made.
• Portfolio shows system-level thinking and ownership.
• Experience directing others and ships in production stacks.
• Templates, briefs, prompts to enable others to produce on-brand work.
• Fluency in motion and compositing direction; ability to guide editors.

Responsibilities

• Be the visual brain of the company and own a single cohesive visual language across web, decks, and marketing assets.
• Govern the interface between content partners, product design, and rebrand agencies to maintain a common language.
• Turn taste into a scalable system; design a production system used by humans and AI agents.
• Enable teams with self-serve templates, briefs, and rules for on-brand outputs.
• Direct freelancers and internal teams, ensuring fast, high-quality delivery.
• Review inbound work against the brand system and provide actionable feedback.
