Job summary

EDS Strategy LLC is seeking a Demo Specialist to visit retailers, educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive brand performance. You will build relationships with stores, maintain visibility, and complete brand-specific training while traveling to various locations.

You will educate customers, deliver engaging demonstrations, and strive to convert interest into purchases, all while representing our clients professionally and embodying a health-minded product passion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Passion about driving sales for brands.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Able to stand for 4–6 hours.
• Able to travel to stores with equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regular weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos, in-store visits, merchandising and store training to an exceptional standard.
• Actively engage with customers through education during visits and demos.
• Represent our clients to the highest professional standard.
• Build great relationships with stores and retailers in your territory.
• Complete in-depth, tailored online training for all brands you represent.
• Communicate with management on all issues swiftly and reliably.
• Organize and maintain your equipment and perform required admin tasks.
