Job summary

EDS Strategy is a Tampa, FL based Demo, Merchandising and sales training organization. As a Demonstration Specialist you will visit popular retailers to educate, demonstrate, and sell to customers, maintain brand visibility and drive performance.

You will train store staff, build credibility as a brand expert, and communicate effectively with management. The role emphasizes natural, organic, and specialty products and requires travel to stores with demo equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours.
• Ability to travel with equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regular weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos, in-store visits, merchandising and store training to a high standard.
• Educate customers during visits and demos.
• Represent the brands professionally to retailers.
• Build relationships with stores and retailers in your territory.
• Complete tailored online training for brands represented.
• Communicate with management on issues.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organize equipment.
