Job summary

EDS Strategy LLC is seeking a Demonstration Specialist to educate, demonstrate and sell health-minded brands at popular retailers. You will educate customers, drive brand visibility and build strong retailer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role you’ll complete in-store demos, engage customers with product knowledge, and represent our clients to the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Passion about driving sales for brands.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours.
• Ability to travel to stores with equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regular weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos and in-store visits to a high standard.
• Actively engage customers through education during visits and demos.
• Represent clients to the highest professional standard.
• Build relationships with stores and retailers in your territory.
• Complete online training for all brands represented.
• Communicate with management on issues.
