Job summary

EDS Strategy LLC is hiring a Demonstration Specialist to educate, demonstrate, and sell at retailers. You will travel regionally to perform demos, merchandising, and store training to boost brand visibility and product performance.

You will build rapport with store teams, deliver engaging brand education, complete brand training, and report to management. Regular weekends required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 4–6 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Passion about driving sales for clients' brands.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours.
• Must travel to stores with equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regular weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos, in-store visits, merchandising and store training to an exceptional standard.
• Actively engage with customers through education during visits and demos.
• Represent our clients to the highest professional standard.
• Build great relationships with stores and retailers in your territory.
• Complete in-depth, tailored online training for all brands you represent.
• Communicate with your management team swiftly and reliably on all issues.
• Complete administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining equipment.
