About the Role

We are looking for a passionateMarketing/Commercial Coordinator to cover a 6-month maternity leave starting in June/July 2025.

What You Will Do

• Developing, executing and tracking the Marketing Plan of the portfolio under his/her responsibilities to deliver sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and profit targets (both in short and long term).

• Leverage onconsumer and shopper insights to develop product and commercial innovations to develop competitive advantages and win consumer preference.

• Identify opportunities in current portfolio to win in the marketplace.

• Establish collaborative relationships with Country Managers and Commercial Partners, Business Logistics, Product Development and Product Supply peers.

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience and proven skills on retail, marketing, financials &business processes.

• Capable of developing collaborativerelations with multifunctional peers driving positive change.

• Availability to work in a temporary role for 9 months.
