You will own the content calendar, manage the internal team and outsourced creatives, and ensure every piece aligns with Paul’s voice and business priorities.

This role demands strong planning, clear briefs, and the discipline to keep four weeks of topics, sessions, and publishing dates on track.

• Ability to secure recording time, request decisions, and prep a busy founder.

Aufgaben

• Plan weeks ahead with a rolling four-week content calendar including topics, recording sessions, deliverables, and publishing dates.
• Direct the internal social media clipper, outsourced clipper, and carousel creator; set briefs, priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Schedule podcast recording time with Paul and guests, prepare briefs, and manage invitations, follow-ups, bookings, and logistics.
• Own the podcast production calendar and ensure episodes move through editing, publication, and promotion on schedule.
• Maintain a consistent brand quality across all published content and work with outreach teams to optimize content performance.
