MUTHA is seeking a Brand Content Manager who blends design sensibilities with hands-on content production and strategic insights. You will shape MUTHA’s visual presence across campaigns, ecommerce, retailer assets and social content, ensuring every piece aligns with the MUTHA point of view and quality standards.
You’ll lead shoots, coordinate designers and production partners, and stay ahead of beauty and luxury trends to fuel creative briefs, calendars, and multi-channel delivery.
The brands that win aren't the ones producing the most content. They're the ones that have built a consistent point of view, understand the platforms they're on, and have the creative systems to back it up.
MUTHA is looking for a Brand Content Manager who thinks like a designer, creates like a content producer, and understands the social landscape like a strategist. Someone who obsesses over why certain content lands, why certain creators resonate, and what separates a brand people scroll past from one they trust.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of brand, design, and production. You'll help shape MUTHA's visual output across campaign shoots, organic social, ecommerce, retailer assets and product launches, while keeping a sharp eye on where beauty, culture and content are heading.
You're not here to manage social media day-to-day. You're here to make sure everything MUTHA puts into the world looks, feels and lands like MUTHA.
Own the planning and production of visual content across Instagram, TikTok, MUTHA.com, retailer sites and emerging platforms. Build content calendars tied to launches, campaigns and brand priorities. Create static, video and short-form assets that are consistently on-brand and built to perform.
Lead content and campaign shoots from concept to delivery, developing briefs, mood boards and shot lists; coordinating photographers, talent, stylists and vendors; and managing logistics through post-production.
Work with external designers, agencies and creative tools to produce marketing assets across digital and print, including social graphics, email visuals, retailer materials, campaign assets and website imagery. Coordinate editing, retouching and resizing, and maintain an organized digital asset library.
Stay deeply informed on beauty, luxury and internet culture: what brands are doing, what's resonating on each platform and what's coming next. Bring that intelligence into briefs, calendars and creative decisions.
Know when to build internally and when to bring in specialists. Source, brief and manage freelance photographers, designers, agencies and production partners while owning the quality and consistency of the final work.
Partner with marketing, sales, product and PR to support launches, retailer programs, events and campaigns. You'll be the person who helps make the work happen, on time and on brand.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
