You will lead brand and marketing across six dealerships, manage social media and community relations, plan events, and support employee engagement.

Qualifications

Marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience.
Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel between dealership locations and work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing: Represent Rogers Motors brand and coordinate across six dealerships.
Social Media: Plan, create, and review content; track performance.
Community Relations: Manage sponsorships, school partnerships, and scholarships.
Employee Engagement & Events: Plan events, support recognition, and internal communications.
Administrative Support: Prepare marketing reports and coordinate travel.
