The ideal candidate has marketing or communications experience, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience.
• Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel between dealership locations and work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Marketing: Represent and strengthen the Rogers Motors brand across all dealerships and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Social Media: Lead planning, content creation, and performance tracking for channels.
• Community Relations: Manage sponsorships, donations, and partnerships with local schools and organizations.
• Employee Engagement & Events: Plan events and support company culture initiatives and trainings.
• Administrative Support: Prepare marketing reports and coordinate travel for training and meetings.
