You'll learn Rowan products, serve customers, manage store operations, and drive initiatives that connect the brand with the local community, including partnerships, events, content creation, and customer follow-up.

• Build local community through partnerships with restaurants, gyms, hotels, and creators.
• Help create events and activations to introduce Rowan to new people.
• Create and capture content from store, customers, events and community.
• Contribute to store culture as a welcoming place to shop, work and connect.
