AIRCO in New Britain, PA is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to execute day-to-day brand communications across social media, PR, content, events and brand activations.

You will work from established priorities and direction, turning technical milestones and company news into clear, engaging content. You should be comfortable creating assets yourself and using AI tools to move ideas to content quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in brand marketing, communications, social media, PR, or a related role.
• Strong writing and presentation abilities with clear storytelling.
• Ability to create assets and content with minimal external help.

Responsabilités

• Execute brand communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, PR, and company channels.
• Create high-quality brand content and assets quickly using AI tools where appropriate.
• Turn milestones into clear external content with internal SMEs.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, site experiences and activations.
• Support PR with announcements and media materials in collaboration with specialists.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate multiple workstreams to deadlines.
