TRI Air Testing, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support marketing, branding, digital presence, and content creation across subsidiaries.

You will craft written and visual content, manage social media, and help maintain Google Business Profiles and website updates for a consistent brand image. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing daily marketing tasks with long-term brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, content creation, social media management, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to create professional content for technical, industrial, B2B, or service-based businesses.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics or similar tools, and basic CMS.
• Basic design sense and ability to work with brand assets, images, graphics, and layout concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Create written content for subsidiaries across website, social, emails, brochures, and blogs.
• Develop brand-consistent messaging for each subsidiary's audience and goals.
• Edit, proofread, and improve marketing materials for clarity and tone.
• Coordinate with leaders to gather technical information and convert to customer-friendly content.
• Maintain consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across marketing channels.
