Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, content creation, social media management, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to create professional content for technical, industrial, B2B, or service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and basic CMS.
• Basic design sensibility and ability to work with brand assets, images, graphics, and layout concepts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities across subsidiaries.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create written content for subsidiaries, including website copy, social posts, emails, and brochures.
• Develop brand-consistent messaging tailored to each subsidiary’s audience and goals.
• Edit and improve marketing materials for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with leadership to gather technical information for customer-friendly content.
• Maintain consistent voice and visual identity across channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content; manage content calendar.
• Monitor engagement and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Assist with Google Business Profiles and online listings management.
• Support website updates, SEO basics, and asset organization.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and project timelines across subsidiaries.
