AIRCO is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to drive day-to-day brand communications across social media, PR, and content. The role focuses on turning technical milestones and company news into engaging content, while collaborating with internal experts and using AI tools to move ideas to usable material.

Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the fractional CMO, this in-person role is based at our New Britain, PA site and involves hands-on creation of assets, channel planning, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, communications, social media, PR, content or an adjacent marketing role.
• Strong understanding of modern brand communications and platform nuances (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Demonstrated ability to create polished marketing assets in-house.
• Experience planning and executing communications plans, social plans, events or activations from direction to delivery.
• Strong writing, presentation and visual judgment with the ability to incorporate feedback quickly.
• Highly organized, responsive and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled content creation tools and modern design/presentation software.

Responsabilités

• Execute brand communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, PR and company channels.
• Create high-quality marketing assets quickly, including social posts, presentations, graphics and short-form video.
• Translate milestones and news into clear external content with internal experts.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, site experiences and activations including logistics.
• Support PR by preparing announcements and media materials in partnership with specialists.
• Maintain marketing calendars and manage multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
