Job summary

Krisp is seeking a Senior Brand & Communications Manager to unify and elevate the Real-Time Voice AI brand across developers, contact centers, and meetings. You will own PR, integrated campaigns, executive thought leadership, and organic social—from strategy through execution.

In this hands-on role, you will translate complex technology into clear narratives, build globally consistent campaigns, and partner with teams to move quickly and deliver impact in a crowded AI market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B technology brand, communications, or PR experience.
• Proven record of securing Tier 1 media coverage.
• Existing relationships with top enterprise reporters.
• Experience building a consistent company narrative across products and audiences.
• Experience leading integrated brand campaigns from strategy through measurement.
• Exceptional writing, pitching, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear narratives.
• Strong judgment and builder’s mindset.
• Ability to move quickly and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and integrated campaigns, unifying all lines under one brand and launching campaigns that build affinity and equity.
• Manage Krisp's global PR program and relationships with media partners.
• Develop executive thought leadership, and oversee organic social from strategy to execution.
• Shape product launches and partnerships narrative across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Set measurable goals for coverage, share of voice, and campaign impact; adjust based on data.
